These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PHILIZE online store and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PHILIZE is an online retailer specializing in sport, fitness, and compression clothing and accessories.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in color.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable under EU law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed through our store constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability).
6. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Payment is taken at the time of order placement.
7. Delivery

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@philize.com before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Under EU law, products must conform to the description and be fit for purpose. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 2 years of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHILIZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of PHILIZE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
