This page describes how PHILIZE processes and ships your orders. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable international carriers. The carrier for your shipment will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total order value. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain threshold – this will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. PHILIZE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For orders within the European Union, no customs duties should apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date:

- Include your order number and photos (if the parcel is damaged)
We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
