At PHILIZE, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns and refunds.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day deadline:

  • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”

After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to ship the item(s) back to us.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
  • Be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., compression accessories in direct contact with skin) if the protective seal has been opened
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window

4. How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact us at support@philize.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you the return address and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the parcel using a trackable shipping method
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of shipment)
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded if you exercise your right of withdrawal for the full order

If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of use), we will contact you and may return the item at your expense.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Include your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description

We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
