Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend using our size guide available on each product page. Our compression garments are designed with a slim fit. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. If you have specific questions, contact us at support@philize.com.

What materials are PHILIZE products made from?

Our products are made from high-performance technical fabrics designed for sport and fitness use. They are typically a blend of polyester and elastane for compression, stretch, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties. Exact composition is listed on each product page.

How do I care for my PHILIZE garment?

We recommend machine washing at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or tumble dry. This helps preserve the compression properties and fabric quality over time.

Are your products suitable for daily use?

Yes. Our compression garments are designed for both intense training sessions and everyday active use. They can be worn alone during workouts or as a base layer under other clothing.


Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@philize.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched. If the order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy instead.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal).


Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days for Poland and Germany, 7–14 business days for Spain and other EU countries. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union and beyond. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@philize.com. Include your order number and photos if the parcel is damaged. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, in accordance with EU consumer rights law. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@philize.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Do you have a physical store?

PHILIZE is an online-only store. We do not have a physical retail location.
